The Campaign Reports displayed within the Campaign screen for an EDP-driven Campaign run off a full-featured Business Intelligence reporting tool. The platform displays the standard, default set of Campaign Reports designed to meet the needs of most marketers, but you can optionally drill into the reporting stats to create your own reports, charts, and views.

Note: This Online Help system does not document the full functionality of the Business Intelligence tool. If you have questions about creating custom reports, please speak to your Client Services Representative.

To edit one of the standard Campaign Reports:

  1. Using the tabs at the top of the Analytics section, select the desired report.

  2. Hover your mouse cursor over the desired report block.

  3. Click the "three dots" icon in the top-right corner of the report block. From the drop-down menu, select "Explore from here."

  4. The "Explore" screen is displayed. From this screen, you can fully customize the report, by adding fields, measures, and dimensions, filter the data that appears in the report, change the graph type, etc.
